Who it's for

Part of the program for every Everest athlete

Dryland isn't an add-on or an extra fee. If you're a registered Everest District athlete at the 10U level or above, it's already part of your season.

$0Included

No separate registration and no extra cost. Dryland is included for Everest District athletes as part of the Everest Youth Hockey program. Your team's dryland night is already built into your practice plan.

How it fits your week

It's just part of practice

What athletes work on

Built for hockey, coached for kids

Every session is planned and led by Adventure Awaits' coaching staff, scaled to each age group and ability level.

Strength

Age-appropriate strength work that builds a stable, powerful base for skating, shooting, and battling for pucks.

Speed & Power

Explosive movement, quick feet, and first-step acceleration that shows up on the ice.

Movement & Mechanics

Learning to move well — proper form and body control first, so every athlete builds good habits early.

Resiliency

Mobility, balance, and injury-prevention work that helps athletes stay healthy and on the ice all season long.
